What to Expect
Doors
Door times vary by event. Check your event page or call the box office at (773) 373-1900. Arriving early gives you time to park, find your seat, and take in the building, including the two-story atrium and the Walk of Fame.
Seating
Performances take place in our 1,000-seat theater. Where seating is assigned, your ticket will show your section and seat. Ask any staff member if you need help finding your seat.
Bags
We recommend traveling light. For the current bag policy, call the box office at (773) 373-1900 before you arrive.

Where do I park?
A parking lot sits immediately south of the building. The CTA Green Line 47th Street station is also near the Center if you prefer the train.

Many of our productions welcome families, and select shows offer family and school matinees. Check the event page for age guidance on a specific production, or call the box office.

Can I host my own event at the Center?
Yes. The Center offers the 1,000-seat theater, the two-story atrium and exhibition hall, private suites and meeting rooms, and a recording studio and media lab for rental. Visit our Venue Rentals page to inquire.
